Licence Agreement
You are permitted to use The Product on any number of websites for free, and modification of the Source Code is allowed so long as the following conditions are met:
- The Product and The Owners copyright information must remain in all Source Code files. This cannot be modified or removed in any way.
- You may not use The Product's name or The Owner's name in any way to endorse or promote products derived from the code without prior written permission from The Owner.
Failure to comply with the agreement above could result in legal action being taken.
This licence does not permit you to redistribute The Product in any way. If you wish to redistribute The Code, you must apply for the relevant licence on The Product's website.
For example, you cannot download TextArea Rich and rebrand it as another editor for profit. You may use the editor as part of another larger product or service. For this, a developer's licence would be required.
